As an advisor, you should be trained to listen, understand and analyze the needs of our clients in order to provide them with the best financial solutions for their individual situations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Consult with our clients about their current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals
- Establish an ongoing financial services relationship with our clients through the delivery of world-class client service
- Interview our clients and gather information pertaining to their unique financial situations, needs and objectives
- Use state-of-the-art technologies to conduct credit, underwriting and financial analyses & qualify the client for various loan programs
- Evaluate various loan programs and affordable financing options from a broad range of FMC home loan products
- Educate and advise clients on the home buying process and how to better manage their mortgage(s)
- Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing and troubleshoot any transaction issues

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
We're looking for aspiring "High-flyers". At FMC, that's what we call our team members who strive to become successful more quickly than is normal. These "soarer"s know the difference between being good and being great and are always working hard to make an impact on their clients' lives. To be a "High-flyer, our Mortgage Advisors need to:

- Have the desire to work hard. Advisors may work 45 - 55 hours per week, which can include some weekends
- Come as you are. We consider candidates with various work backgrounds and experiences. NO LENDING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY BUT SHOULD HAVE AN NMLS LICENSE!
- Have the desire to learn. All Mortgage Advisors, regardless of experience, attend on-going industry-leading training
- Possess important characteristics like passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, a positive attitude and a competitive spirit
