Paperwork Needed For Refinancing Your Home

To apply for a loan, you will have to provide us with detailed documentation of your financial history. We will request a credit report from a credit agency and will verify the information provided in your loan application.

These are the pieces of paper we need from you right away so we can move forward to funding your residential real estate mortgage home loan.

___ Completed Loan Application & Credit Report(s) fee

___ PAY STUBS for past one month (4 weekly or 2 bi-weekly, including YTD totals)

___ W-2s and/or 1099's for last 2 years

___ Last two years Federal Income Tax Returns (ALL PAGES)

___ Copy of your present First Mortgage document called "Note" if you're applying for a 2nd mortgage

___ Copy of your current Declaration Page (front) of homeowner's fire insurance policy
      (Must include agent's name and telephone number)

___ (ALL PAGES-including blanks) of your current Bank Statements & investments such as;
      Stocks, IRA, Mutual Funds etc. if applicable.

___ Clear crisp copy of driver license(s) we can read

       IF either Earner is RETIRED or DISABLED

___ Same as a salaried employee, plus Disability or Award Letter(s)

       IF APPLICABLE, please provide a copy of the following:

___ Rental Agreement(s) for any rental income property

___ Resident Alien card (front & back)

       IF either Earner is SELF-EMPLOYED:

___ All K-1s (if applicable)

___ Copy of Business License for last year
